Our little chocolate shop was born from a desire to hire and help young people with criminal records that might otherwise create barriers to their employment. Just as the caterpillar takes shelter in its cocoon before it unfolds its beautiful butterfly wings, so do our talented team members find a safe space in our shop to make their own new beginnings.
