Since we opened our doors in 2010, we've been pleased to employ dozens of young people overcoming barriers and making new beginnings through meaningful employment. We are so proud to be a part of the transformations they are making in their lives by helping them realize their potential.

Developing skills

All of our staff receive on the job training and the opportunity to continually challenge themselves as they learn valuable skills and elevate their craft. It gives us immense pleasure and joy to see them evolve over time as practice truly makes perfect in their work and in their lives.

Supporting each other

Over the years, we been equally blessed with the time and talents of our older adult volunteers. Whether they are ringing up sales, washing the dishes or helping our team produce our beautiful confections, we are truly grateful for everything they contribute to the shop through their labors.
